福建森林资源现状和林业可持续发展建议

The Present Status of Forest Resources in Fujian and the Proposals for Forestry Sustainable Development

本文概述了福建森林资源发展所具备的基础；评述了制约福建森林资源良性发展和优势发挥的５个主要问题；提出福建林业可持续发展的５点建议：（１）把扩大森林资源放在首要位置；（２）重视林业的特殊地位，稳定投入，加大扶持；（３）提倡林工结合，优化结构，加强行业管理；（４）依靠科技进步，促进林业可持续发展；（５）加强领导，健全政策，增强全民林业可持续发展意识。

This paper summarized the bases which we have possessed for the development of forest resources in Fujian,reviewed five main problems of restricting the fine development of Fujian forest resources and re- stricting to give full play to the superiority of Fujian forest resources,and put forward five proposals for Fu- jian forestry sustainable development :(1)putting the expansion of forest resources in the first place;(2) at- taching importance to the special position of forestry,conducting stable investment in it and giving more aid to it;(3)advocating the combination of forestry with industry, optimizing structures and intensifying trade management;(4)relying on the scientific and technical progress to promote forestry sustainable develop- ment;and(5)intesifying lead ,amplifying policies and strengthening the whole-people consciousness of forestry sustainable development.
