对引进瑞典顺智公司刨花板生产线打磨工段的技术改造

The Technical Transformation of the Beating and Grinding Section of Shaving Board Production Line Introduced from Sunds Company in Sweden

刨花板生产线打磨机着火是经常发生的，为对打磨工段进行改造，笔者对工艺设备及原料进行了分析，在此基础上，采取增加磁选辊筒、改造重物分离器结构、改变筛网网孔尺寸和安置旋转给料器等４项工艺及设备的改造措施，有效控制了打磨工段着火，大大减少了火情几率。

Based on the analyses of technology,equipment and raw materials and the approaches of catching fire reasons of the beating and grinding machine of shaving board production line,four transformation mea- sures of the technology and equipment were adopted.Therefore catching fire on the beating and grinding sec- tion was effectively controlled and the fire rate reduced greatly。
