摘要
针对我省沿海地区老式柴灶热效率低的问题、分析其结构不合理之处.并进行技术改造.使进风道、灶栅、烟囱畅通,改善通风状况;选择合适的吊火高度.在灶膛内砌筑拦火圈、回烟道,形成良好的燃烧系统;适当缩小灶口尺寸,燃烧室周围隔热保温,减少热损失.示范表明,改进后的柴灶热效率明显提高,可节约燃料1/3以上,节柴省时,使用方便,效益显著.
To counter the low energy utilization of old type firewood stoves in Fujian coast area,the unsuitable parts have been improved based on the structure analoging, such as making all flow easy horn inlet duct, from fire bars to chimney, forming a good burning system by selecting suitable distance from me bars to the bottom of caldron, building a block wall to improve flame circulation and a path for winding smokes. Decreasing heat losses by means of reducing properly the stove entrance size, putting the insulating material around the combustion chamber,the demonstration has shown that not only the effect energy utilization of new firewood stoves is evidently higher than the old types, but also can save firewoods more than one-third and a lot of time. Being easy to operate, the new type of stoves is gaining good results.
