用解析法确定发电机定子卷铁心齿形带料冲槽齿节距值

An Analytical Determination of Tooth Pitch on Metal Strip Used for Producing Stator Cores Of D.C.Dynamo

依据材料变形规律，推算出卷铁心变形中性层的长度，从而得到发电机定子铁心卷叠工艺冲槽齿节距的计算公式．实例计算表明，其结果与试验值十分相近，可以作为该工艺专用设备设计的依据．

Based on the law of material deformation,a formula has been derived to determine the position of neutral layer in the coiling strip, there for the tooth pitch of dynamo stator cores coiling technology can be decided. Experimental results show that it is approximately same as analytical determination. The formula provides an effective approach for designing the specieal purpose equipment of this technology.
