Separation of Bt 8010 Spore From Its Fermented Liquior With Ultrafiltration

摘要 在生产生物农药的过程中.应用超滤技术对苏云金杆菌Bt8010发酵液进行分离,排除水分83%,发酵浓缩达5.7倍,超滤通量为22L·(m2·h)-1,孢子截留率达100%.结果表明,用超滤技术对苏云金杆菌发酵液进行分离以生产生物农药,具有工艺简单、成本低、质量好等特点.可以代替通常采用的吸附—压滤工艺. By the use of ultrafiltration technique, the separation of Bacillus thuringiness Berliner 8010(Bt 8010)spore from its fermented liquor is efective, 83 percent of the waste water can be removed from the fermented liquor, which means the liquor can be concentrated to 5.7 times of its original concentration, the ultrafiltration flux is more than 22 L·(m2·h)-1 and the recovery of spore is 100 percent. The result showed that ultrafiltration technique is suitable for the separation of Bt 8010 fermented liquor. With the improvement of the separation procedure, the biopesticide production is much lower in cost and the biopesticide products are much higher in quality than ever.
