Comparisons of the Wide Compatibility of Six WCVs in Rice

摘要 调查了6个广亲和品种(WCVs)与4个测验种和7个籼稻温敏核雄性不育系(TGMS)杂交F1、WCVs间杂交F1及F2的小穗育性.结果表明;6个WCVs与测验种IR36、南京11号、秋光、巴利拉杂交F1的小穗育性都在70%以上,表现亲和;而对7个TGMS的亲和性表现明显差异,不同组合F1的小穗育性为43.1%-88.6%.6个WCVs杂交的15个F1中,有14个F1的小穗育性在75%以上,表现正常,但其F2都分离出不同数量的少数半不育株.组合Varylava1312/轮回422F1的小穗育性为55.2%,F2群体中可育株与半不育株明显分离,表明这两个WCVs具有非等位的广亲和性基因. Six wide compatibility varieties (WCVs),Varylava 1312,Guangkangjing 2,Pei C311, Lunhui 422, 02428, CA 529,were chosen to make crosses with each other and with four testers,Nanjing 11 (indica),IR36 (indica), Akihikari (japonica),Balila (japonica) and seven indica thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (TGMS) lines.Spikelet fertilities of all F1s,and of F2s of the crosses among WCVs were observed. The results showed that: six WCVs were compatible to four testers with the normal spikelet fertiities (above 70%) in F1s,but showed different compatibilities to seven TGMS lines as the spikelet fertilities in F1s ranged from 43. 1% to 88. 6%.Fertilities were normal in F1s of the crosses among six WCVs,except Varylava 1312/ Lunhui 422, but segregated slightly in the F2 populations,suggesting that the presence of semisterile plants was the results of the effects of minor genes besides the main genes of wide compatibility. For the cross of Varylava 1312/Lunhui 422,partial sterilities occurred in its F1 with 55. 2% of spikelet fertility,and the significant segregations of fertility were detected in its F2 populations,suggesting that the genes of wide compatibility of these two WCVs were non-allelic.
