WZN—2型食品流变仪

摘要 本文叙述WZN一2型单片机控制单筒式食品流交仪的结构和工作原理,该仪器对牛顿体测量可达到WZN一1型双筒式流变仪同样的测量精度,也可对已知流变模型的非牛顿体进行检测.由于结构紧凑,测试部分和控制部分可分别安装,特别适用于食品工厂生产过程监测.本文还对单片机CTC计数法在粘度测量方面的应用进行了论证,该方法用于WZN—2型流变仪测量,除了具备原有优点外,因为属于非接触测量,更有利于解决单筒式流变仪所面临的转动轴扭矩测量问题,由于采用脉冲采样,抗干扰能力强,因此更能适应生产过程监测中外部干扰因素多的环境. The structure and principle of WZN-2 chip microcomputer control single tube food rheological meter is expounded. This instrument is used for newtan body measurement and its precisian is as high as that of WZN-1 food rheological meter, This imstrument can be used for No-Newton body measurement also,if the rheological model of this body is knlwn. It is particularly suitable fot process supervise and measurement of food plant because it can be divided into two parts,which can be established in production equipment and comtrol desk separately. The application of chip microcomputer CTC counting method in the viscocity measurement is expounded and praved in this paper. Besides prior merits this method being used in WZN-2 sinle tube food rheological meter control is more helpful to solve the problem of rotating axle torsional moment measurement which this instrument facies because it is no-contact measurement. Using pulse sample instead of model sample, this method is possesed of anti-disturbance capacity and so is possessed of suitability when there are more disturbance factors in the production supervise and measurement.
