摘要
本文研究以钛或铁为基体的Ni-W合金电镀,阴极极化曲线表明,以Ti为基体的Ni-W合金镀层为阴极,电解300g/LNaCl(25℃),3.0A/dm2能降低析氢过电势420mV,电解1moV/LMnSO4+0.5mol/LH2SO4能降低810mV,说明Ni-W镀层是析氢的优良电催化阴极。
The electroplating of nickel and tungsten alloys on titanium or ion has been investigated. The cathode polarization curves has been showed the deposits of Ni-W alloys can reduced H2overpotatial 420mV under electrolysis 300 g/L NaCl at 25℃ and 3.0 A/dm2, and which can reduced 810mV in 1 mol/L MnSO4+0.5 mol/L H2PO4 at 80℃ and 1.0 A/dm2. This illustrates Ni-W deposits is a good electrocatalyst cathode for H2evolution.
