摘要
建立了《高等代数》题库，它是考试科学化与标准化的基本前提，能使考核更客观地反映教学质量以及考核对象的学识水平。本文还探讨了教育测量理论的有关问题，提出了新的见解。
Constructs the problems for'Higher Algebm'. It is a foundation of scientifization and stardarization for examinations,reflects the levels of the teaching quality and the persons who take the examinations.This paper discusses some questions in eduction measurement theory,and obtains some new opinions.
