A Study of the Methyl Benzene Oxidatied by Electrochemistry Reproducing Medium Particle MnO_2 with MnSO_4

摘要 采用Pb-PbO_2阳极,常温电解酸性Mn(Ⅱ)电解液,电生媒质微粒MnO_2氧化甲苯为苯甲醛。探讨了电生媒质微粒MnO_2的制备条件,在较佳条件下电流效率>90%。该电生媒质氧化甲苯为苯甲醛的选择性好,一次转化率可达52%。还原后的Mn(Ⅱ)返回电解槽,电解再生微粒MnO_2,可循环使用再次氧化甲苯。本方法具有较好的发展前景。 In this paper, authors reported that the methyl benzene oxidatied by electrochemistry reproducing medium particle MnO2 in acidated Mn (Ⅱ) electrolyte at normal atmospheric temperature on Pb-PbO2 anode to produce benzaldehyde. The preparation condition of electrochemistry reproducing medium particle MnO2 studied. The experiment result showed that the electrical current efficiency has exceed 90% , the selectivity to produce benzaldehyde was excellent and the product yield has attained 52% once. The particle MnO2 reduced to produce Mn (Ⅱ) in producing benzaldehyde. The Mn (Ⅱ) electrolyzed to reproduce particle MnO2. This method has a bright applicable prospects.
