摘要
本文应用Ｋａｄｏ—Ｌｉａ法进行２０株肠道致病菌的质粒ＤＮＡ提取和检测。５株猪致病性大肠杆菌显示５条质粒电泳带；３株牛大肠杆菌显示３条；４株宋氏痢疾杆菌显示４条；８株小肠结肠炎耶氏菌显示１条大质粒带，而且同一批肠道传染病致病菌具有相同的质粒谱。
The plamid DNA of 20 sfrains of Enterobacteria have been determined and extracted bythe methed of kado-Lia.Five strains of swine E. coli ETEC show five electrophoresis plasmidzone; three sfrains of bovine E. colt ETEC show three zore; four shigella sorme show four zoneand eight strains of yerinia evierocolifica show one zone, and the some group of Enterobacteriashows the same plamid spectrum.
