凝集试验检测鸡克雷伯氏杆菌病

Study on the Detection of Avian Klebsiellosis Pneumoniae Using the Agglutination Test (AT)

本文建立了快速、简便、微量、高特异性的检测鸡克雷伯氏杆菌病玻片凝集试验。测得最适凝集原量为５０亿个菌／毫升，用来检测鸡克雷伯氏杆菌标准株和分离株的兔抗血清效价分别为２５６～５１２（标准株）、５１２～１０２４（分离株）。临床检测１６９份鸡粪样，８２５份鸡血清，阳性率分别为２８．４０％（４８／１６９）、２９．４５（２４３／８２５），而用细菌分离生化鉴定鸡粪阳性率为２９．５９（５０／１６９）。两种方法的符合率为９８．８２％。

The agglutination test (AT ) was developed for the rapid、 simple、 effective、highly special detction of avian Klebsiellosis Pneumoniae. The detectable dose by the AT was five thousand million bacteria/ml. The titres of rabbit anti-sera for the criterion strain and the isolate were 256-512, 512～1024 respectively. By using the AT, 48 feeal samples for 169 chickens and 243 seral sampes for 825 chickens were detected. 50 fecal samples for 169 chickens were positive by using bacterial is Dlation and biochemical identification. The agreement between two methods was 98.82%.
