摘要
27只雄性Wistar大鼠乌拉坦麻醉,观察皂角苷和酚妥拉明预处理后对肾上腺素灌流肾动脉诱发的肾灌流压(PPk)增强效应的影响。结果表明:(1)皂角苷预处理使乙酰胆碱由降低PPk的作用翻转为提升PPk并显著抑制了肾上腺素提升PPk效应;(2)在皂角苷和酚妥拉明复合预处理后,完全取消了肾上腺素提升PPk作用,但仍保留未经任何药物预处理肾脏肾上腺素提升PPk期间肾静脉收集液回灌诱发的PPk增强效应。提示肾上腺素提升PPk作用依赖内皮,由α受体介导的内皮依赖性缩血管物质在一定条件下可随体液转移。
Experiments were performed on 27 urethane anesthetized male Wistar rats to assess the effects of pretreatment with saponin and/or phentolamine on perfusion pressure of kidney (PPk)which was promoted by adrenaline(AD)perfusion into renal artery.The results were obtained as follow:(1)pretreatment with saponin turned the attenuation effects of PPk from acetylcholin into enhancement,and remarkably inhibited effects of AD promoting PPk;(2)pretreatment with saponin and phentolamine cancelled the effects of AD promting PPk,but still retained the PPk enhancement from perfusion the collecting fluid which were obtained from renal vein during the period of AD promoting PPk without pretreatment with any drug.The results indicated that the enhancement of PPk from AD were endothelium-dependent,and the endothelium-derived contraction substance mediated by alpha-adrenoreceptor can be carried over by body fluid.
