摘要
研究发现，１．５×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ亚硒酸钠对人早幼粒白血病细胞的生长增殖有显著抑制作用。亚硒酸钠作用１，３，５天，丙二醛明显减少，超氧化物歧化酶活性明显升高。
A study of the effects of sodium selenite on the production and elimination of free radicals in HL-60 cells was carried out.The results showed that 1.5×10-5mol/L sodium selenite remarkably inhibited the growth and proliferation of the cells and that the same concentration of sodium selenite on HL-60 cells in 1,3,5 days caused on increase of SOD(P<0.001)and a decrease of MDA(P<0.05-0. 01)in the cells.How these changes relate to the antitumour effects of sodium selenite was also discussed.
