摘要
对确诊为腹泻病患儿２１４例进行粪便中人芽囊原虫的检测，阳性患儿３１例，总检出率１４％。对检出虫体进行体外培养，在光镜、电镜下观察其生活史，培养后虫体为空泡和阿米巴２型，并以二分裂繁殖。证实该虫体是导致本地区婴幼儿感染性腹泻肠道内病原之一。
children with symptoms of diarrhea were examined for Blastocytis hominis(Bh)in their fecal specimens.31(14%)were found to be infected with Bh.Cellular structure and ultrasturcture of Bh were studied with light and electron microscopy after anaerobic culture.Two distinct morphological forms,vacuolar and amoeboid,were distnguished.Division was via binary fission.All of these suggested that the Bh should be considered as a significant causative agent of enteritis in children.
