康肤克痔宝对动物皮肤及粘膜的毒性实验研究

Experimental Study on Toxicity of Kangfu Kezhi Bao to Animals'Skin & Mucosa

康肤克痔宝给兔损伤皮肤和正常皮肤及大鼠直肠用药，均无不良刺激和毒副反应；给豚鼠皮肤致敏接触和激发接触亦无过敏反应；给大鼠皮肤反复持续涂药２周，对大鼠生长、血常规、肝、肾功能及主要脏器和用药部位皮肤均无异常及病理性改变。

Kangfu Kezhi Bao(Powder for Protecting Skin and Treating Piles) was used on the injury skin and normal skin of rabbit and the rectum of rat.There was not anyadverse stimulation and toxic and side effect,and there was not any allergic reation in sensitizing and exciting contact on guinea pig.After being continuously used on rats,skin for two weeks,no any abnormal and pathologic changes were found in the growth.blood routine,liver and kidney function,main organs or on the medicated part.
