珍石消渴胶囊治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Zhenshi Xiaoke Jiaonang for Diabetes with Qi & Yin Defeciency

用福建省中医药研究院林求诚研究员的临床经验方研制的珍石消渴胶囊，治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病３０例，疗效满意。显效率６０％，总有效率９３％。治疗后临床症状均有明显改善，多食、自汗、小便频多的疗效尤为显著；治疗后尿糖、空腹血糖及餐后２小时血糖下降均非常显著，Ｐ＜０．０１；珍石消渴胶囊对高ＴＣ、高ＴＧ均有降低作用，Ｐ＜０．０１，对低ＨＤＬ－Ｃ也有升高，Ｐ＜０．０１，差异非常显著。提示珍石消渴胶囊具有补肾填精，生津止渴的功效，且有降糖和调脂的综合作用。

Zhenshi Xiaoke Jiaonang(Zhenshi Capsule for Diabetes) was prepared according to the experienced prescription of Prof.Lin Qiucheng,and was used for treating 30 cases of diabetes with Qi and Yin defeciency.The effect was satisfied.The obviously effective rate was 60% and the total effective rate was 93%.After treatment,all the clinical symptoms such as polyorexia ,sweating and diuresis were obviously improved.The glucose in urine,fasting blood-glucose and blood-glucose 2 hours after meal reduced obviously(P<0.01).Moreover,the capsule had the reducing effect to the patients with higher TC and TG,and had the raising effect to the patient with lower HDL-C(P<0.01).It indicates that the capsule has not only the effects of reinforcing kidney to replenish essence and producing fluid to quench thirst,but also the comprehansive effect of reducing glucose and regulating lipid.
