福州地区健康人群血浆中分子物质含量的调查

Investigation on Content of Plasma MMS in Healthy Throng of Fuzhou Area

在福州地区调查３６１名健康人群血液中分子物质（ＭＭＳ）含量，其中血浆组２４６例，血清组６７例，献血员４８例。调查结果表明，福州地区健康人群血浆ＭＭＳ正常值２２９０±２２０ｕ／Ｌ。男均值２３１０±２００ｕ／Ｌ，女均值２２６０±２４０ｕ／Ｌ。男女各年龄组之间，各年龄组内男女性别之间均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。血清组ＭＭＳ含量２８５０±２５０ｕ／Ｌ，明显高于同年龄段血浆组ＭＭＳ含量２３６０±２８０ｕ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．０１），并且血清组男女性别之间也存在着显著性差别（０．０５＞Ｐ＞０．０１）。表明血清标本测定，存在不稳定、误差大的问题，不宜代替血浆标本。

The content of plasma middle molecue substance(MMS) in 361 healthy people in Fuzhou Area was investigated.Among them,the plasma group(G1)was 246 case,the serum group(G2)was 67 cases and the blood donor group(G3)was 48 cases.The result showed that,in the healthy throng of Fuzhou Area,the range of normal value of MMS was 2290±220u/L(male,2310±200u/L;Female,2260±240u/L).There was not any obvious difference among different age groups and between male and female(P>0.05).The content of MMS in GZ(2850±250u/L)was obviously higher than that in G1 (2360±280u/L) in same age(P<0.01).In G2,there was a obvious difference between male and female.It indicated that the detection with serum sample is unsatble and with error,which would not be used for replacing the plasma sample.
