合谷穴注射药物针刺并发手内在肌挛缩的治疗

Treatment for Intrinsic Muscle Contracture in Hand Caused by Injection & Acupuncture at Hegu Point

报告自１９８０年以来收治１９例在合谷穴位注射药物或强手法针刺后并发手内在肌挛缩畸形，早期发现及时功能位固定，局部中药湿热敷。后期挛缩畸形，以疤痕切除或肌止切断松解，虎口处皮肤成形对偶缝合术。提出今后尽可能不要在合谷穴位注射药物，针刺手法要轻柔。

cases of intrinsic muscle contracture and deformity in hand caused by drug-injection or acupuncture with strong stimulation at Hegu point(LI.4)had been treated since 1980.The functional fixation and hot compression with TCM drugs were used in early stage,and the oulectomy or apodeum apocope and the coupled suture of skin plastic operation in local area were used in the late stage with muscle contracture and deformity.It is suggested that it is better not to use the injection at this point,and the manipulation of acupuncture should be gentle.
