摘要
采用红外光谱和色谱分析等手段对下脚料、残渣进行官能团或成分的测试,并依据铸造用有机粘结剂的要求,设计出由木素混合液、菜油沥青为主原料与酯化剂代用品残渣DZ起反应,合成了TD_2粘结剂,其性能达到或超过GB12216-90合脂粘结剂的标准,成本却低得多。
The infrared specfrometry and chromatography analyses etc. are applied to measure the function groups or components of remnent material and residue. According to the requirements of organic binders for foundry use, the authors of this paper design a binder TD_2 which is synthesized by reaction with lingnin mixed liquor and rape-seed oil pitch as main raw materials and residual 'DZ' as replacement of esterifying agent. All the properties of binder TD_2 reach up to or over the standard of GB1221 6-90 synthetic fat binder. Costs of TD_2 are lower than synthetic fat binder.
