摘要
以铝矾土和红柱石为原料制备莫来石陶瓷。在1250~1500℃区间烧成莫来石,获得了莫来石生成量随化学成份与烧结温度不同而变化的关系。在温度高于1350℃时,Al_2O_3成份处于60%~70%之间。温度对莫来石的生成量影响非常敏感,温度每上升50℃,莫来石的生成员提高~10%。
Mullite ceramics was prepared by using alumina and andulusite. Mullitization took place at 1250~1500℃. It was displayed that mullitization quantity changed with experimental compositions and temperature. At temperature above 1300℃, if the amount of Al_2O_3 was limited at 60%~70%, the temperature would have an immediate effect on the amount of mullite. On an average, the amount of mullite rose by 10% with the tempereture going up by 50℃.
