柴油机喷油泵试验台量油精度分析和提高措施

Analysis and Improvement of Accurate Measurement of Diesel Fuel Oil in Test Installation for Diesel Jet Pump

为了提高１２ＰＳＤ７５型试验台的量油精度，使它达到ＩＳＯ标准要求。文章在设计、试验、试制基础上，分析总结６条措施：①加入足够大的飞轮矩ＧＤ２；②增加齿轮变速箱，扩宽变速范围；③提高驱动轴刚度和联轴节刚度；④提高试验台的安装稳定性；⑤保证试验台整机制造精度要求；⑥改善测试环境条件。

This paper studies the accurate measurement of diesel fuel oil in test installation(Model 12PSD75),in order to make the installation to be up to standard ISO4008.It presents six steps:①increase fly wheel terque GD2,②use rotative velocity converter with gear box;③improve toughness of major axis and toughness of axis joint;④improve stability of the installation;⑤ensure precision of the installation;⑥improve test environment.It has been proved that these steps are extremely effective in practice.
