摘要
在铝中添加合金元素Zn、Mg、In、Ga、Ca,研究合金元素的作用规律及阳极溶解过程中的活化机制.研制出一种较为理想的铝合金牺牲阳极,在海水中工作电位为一1.09V(SCE),电流效率达95.6%.并研究了热处理对阳极电化学性能的影响.
One type of aluminium alloy sacrificial anode with high efficiency of 95.6% and po-tential of 1.09V(SCE)in seawater has been developed by alloying aluminium with zinc,magne-sium,indium, gallium and calcium.The results of electron microprobe and X-ray analysis indicated that gallium distributed homogeneously,but indium and calcium precipitated out as secondary phases.The effects of In,Ga and Ca on the electrochemical properties of aluminium alloys have been studied.The experimental results of introducing canons into 3% NaCl solution showed that the activation of aluminium anode were mainly due to the redeposit of In3+ or Ga3+ ions on the an-ode surface.The experiment of heat treatment indicated that the temperature was important to the anode properties and the anode efficiency was improved by a 500℃(4h)treatment.
