摘要
研制了掺Mg的SrAl2O4:Eu磷光体.Mg作为杂质掺入后,并未改变磷光体的发射光谱,却使磷光体获得长余辉发光特性.余辉发光强度按t-1.1的双曲线形式衰减.热释光谱的测定显示出,在343K时磷光体存在一较宽的热释光峰,这表明在磷光体中形成了Mg的杂质陷阱能级,其能级深度约为0.31eV.
g doped SrAl2O4:Eu phosphor has been synthesised. Mg,doped into the phosphor as an impurity, does not change the emission spectrum of phosphor, but makes the phosphor possess a long persistent aftergrow characteristic with hyperbola type decay (the radiant intensity t-11). The measurement for thermoluminescence shows that there exsist a broad thermolundnescence peak (343 K), reflecting trap energy level of Mg with 0.31 eV depth is formed in the phosphor.
