摘要
对辽宁省双岛盐场晒盐池分离到的S(3-3)菌株进行鉴定。结果表明,S(3-3)菌株符合盐单胞菌属(Halomonas)的特征,但与该属中的已知种特征有较大差别。它具有淀粉酶,但不具有Kovac’s氧化酶和鸟氨酸脱羧酶;能在硝酸钾存在下厌氧生长,并产气;能液化明胶和利用丙二酸盐;碳源和能源利用的种类及药敏试验的结果也不相同。此外,该菌株的DNA中G+Cmol%也与已知种有较大差异。同时S(3-3)菌株与该属中的相关菌─—伸长盐单胞菌(HalomonaselongataATCC33173)的DNA杂交率为32%。因而将S(3-3)菌株定为盐单胞菌属的一个新种,命名为双岛盐单胞菌(Halomonasshungdaoensissp.nov.),且以S(3-3)菌株作为模式株。
Based mainly on the Bergey's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology, Volume 1 (1984),strain S3-3 which was isolated from Shungdao saltern pool in Liaoning Province was identified. It possesses characters common to Halomonas, but some others are different from known species of Halomonas. It has amylase, but no Kovac's oxidase and ornithine decarboxylase. Strain S3-3 grows anaerobically in medium with KNO3 and produces gas from nitrate medium. It can utilize malonate and liquefy gelatin. The type of utilization of carbon and energy sources, and the test to the susceptibility of antibiotics are also different. The G+C mo1% of DNA of strain S3-3 differs from known species of Halomonas, as well. But the binding degree of DNA between strain S3-3 and Halomonas elongata ATCC 33173 closely related to strain S3-3 is 32%. So, strain S3-3 is identified as a new species of Halomonas and named Halomonas shungdaoensis sp. nov. Strain S3-3 is considered as a type strain.
