摘要
在硝酸钇和硝酸铕的混合溶液中加入尿素,于较低炉温(≤500℃)下快速合成了Y2O3:Eu的红色发光材料.测定了它的发射光谱、X-射线衍射光谱、粒度分布曲线及比表面,并用扫描电镜观察它的形貌及用透射电镜摄取它的电子衍射圈,结果表明:用该法制得的样品具有粒度分布均匀、不结团、亚超细等特征.
he red phosphor of Y2O3:Eu has been synthesized rapidly at lower temperature(≤500℃) by adding urea to the mixed solution of yttrium nitrate and europium nitrate.Its emission spectrum, particle size distribution and surface area (BET) have been measured. It ha been characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and selected area diffraction pattern(SADP).The results show that the powder obtained exhibits a normal size distribution, with properties of sub-fine and having no appreciable aggregation.
