摘要
原煤经粉碎筛选送入流化床反应器.在反应器内一步完成炭化和活化.直接制取活性炭.活化气体是煤气燃烧废气和水蒸气的混合物,本文详细考查了温度.气速和活化气体组成对活性炭产品性能的影响.同时对工业实际生产进行了模拟.为制备性能优良而廉价的活性炭提供了工艺参数.
Raw coal crashed and screened is carbonized and activated sdmultaneously with a mixture of steam and the Waste gas from combustion of the coal gas. Influence of temperature,gas velocity and the compeition of the active agent on performance of activated carbon is investigated. Inurstrial process has ben Simulated. And the parameters of technology are put forward foe the optimal active carbon.
