Chemical heat treatment of high speed caseheating is an efficient case strengthening process. The advantages of this method are saving time and easy to operate. It is a new process of chemical heat treatment. Certainly, it has something to be improved. Using melting point to estimate the heating temperature is not accurate. The thickniess of carburizing baste coating is not uniform. This authors will do some further studies to make a breakthrough in this area.
