本文阐明建立刀具角度参考系所遵循的原则．并对刀具标往角度参考系进行分析与比较，根据各自特点，确定使用场合．为确定角度变换中的复杂相互关系，而采用了既简明又便于记忆的二面角正切（余切）圆矢量图法来表示垂直于基面的不同参考系的角度变换．

The papet has expaunded the principle of building cutting tool angle coordinating systems,analyzed marking coordinate of cutting tool angles and determined the use condition of the coorcinates. The vector figures of tangent or cotangent circle is used in order to solve the complex relationship of angle change and the angle change within different coordinates perpendicular to tool reference plane is shown as well.
