摘要
本文研究了35CrMnsi钢与YG11C硬质合金高频钎焊与盐浴钎焊工艺.根据钎缝剪切强度和35CrMnSi钢性能等方面探讨了盐浴钎焊、热处理一体化工艺代替高频钎焊焊后重新加热热处理工艺的可行性.
n this thesis, high-frequency Btazing (HFB) and salt-bath brazing(SBB)for 35CrMnSiSteel and YG11C ceramic are investigated and the feasibility of substituting the integrated prccers of SBB and beat-treatment for the process of HFB and reheating treatment is also discussed in view of the shearing strength of brazing joint and the tensile properties of 35CrMnSi steel.
