河北省农业节水要综合运用水利、农业、管理等配套措施，提高单位水效益。采取适用的田间灌水技术，提高灌溉水资源利用率。在渠灌区实行综合技术改造，井渠结合，地表水与地下水联合运用，发展低压管道灌溉、喷灌与微灌技术，盖膜和秸秆覆盖。制订并实行节水灌溉制度，灌溉预测预报制度，因地作好开发微咸水等，是河北省农业节水的主要措施和方法。
