摘要
初步研究了磁处理对不同抗旱性小麦郑引一号和陕合六号萌发与生长影响的差异性。结果表明,在两种小麦的α-淀粉酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、可溶蛋白含量和幼苗活力等生理生化方面以及发芽势、芽长和根长等形态方面,磁处理的影响均有显著的差异。指出这种磁效应上的品种差异性在磁处理技术应用中应引起广泛的注意。
This paper deals with the effect of differerce of magnetic treatmentsupon the germination and growth of wheat cultivars with different resistance-ZhehgyinNo. 1 and Shaanhe No.6. The results showed that there were significant physiologicaldifferences in activities of amylase and peroxidase, soluble protein contents and seedlingvitality and the morphological bud growth, leaf length and root length in the case ofmagnetic treatments. This paper also points out that wide attention should be paid tothe variety difference in magnetic treatments in the application of magnetic treatmenttechnology.
