摘要
城市化—般而言有‘大城市化”和“乡村城市化”两种方式.本文在大体分析了北疆铁路沿线地带的自然条件、社会经济基础及城市发展状况的前提下,提出本地带的城市化道路应在不忽视大城市发展的同时,主要建设好中小城市走乡村城市化的道路.
The area along the Northern Xinjiang Railway is the region with highest town distributing density in Xinjiang. It is aiso the most industry-concentrated and conveniently located region. There are 7 cities and 27 towns in the region. Howevcr, the gradient scale structure of urban system is incomplete and towns spacial distribution appears uneven. The function division of these cities and towns is indefinite and their functions are not fully effective. This paper discusses the ways to urbanization in the area by analysing the regional conditions and urbanizing level:(1) Developing large-scale industries to absorb surplus labour force in rural area is the most rapid and easiest way to urbanization, but it is not the major and practicable way at the present time.(2) Vigorously promoting the development of comodity economy in cities and towns of the area.(3) The most important and practicable way to urbanization of the area is adjusting industrial structure and developing town and township enterprises to shift and absorb the surplus rural labour force in the locality.(4) Energeticlly developing tourism in the area.
