摘要
干旱区绿洲灌溉水利工程与农业发展有着极为密切的关系。水利工程的老化、损坏问题日趋严重，直接影响到绿洲的农业生产。本文以新疆塔西河为例，论述了流域工程老化、损坏等存在的问题，详尽分析了工程老化、损坏的原因，并从防治技术和工程管理运用等方面，提出了相应的解决途径和防治对策。
The irrigation projects are closely related to agriculture in arid oases.The project age-ing and damaging problems,being increasingly serious, have directly been hindering agri-cultural production. The paper,taking Taxihe River Basin as example,states the irrigationprojects ageing,damage and other problems and analyses the causes,then gives ways and.measures to protect and control irrigation projects.
