摘要 用高温显微镜观察GCr15铸态碳化物偏析的微观结构变化,并观察轧制态的GCr15纵向断口和不同热处理工艺条件下的晶粒度,实验结果表明:在锻轧前加热GGr15钢锭时,先高温下保温较长时间,再加热至始锻(轧)温度,能使碳化物充分溶解与扩散,确定始锻(轧)温度时,晶界偏析的影响不可忽视,同时晶粒粗化倾向需予以控制。 The high temperature microscope is employed to observe the process of mi-crostrutural change of carbide segration in cast alloy steel Cr15 as well as the grain size nearlongitudinal fracture and under different heat-treatment conditions for rolled alloy steelCr15.The results show that the Cr15 ingot being heated should be kept at high temperaturefor a longer time.before forging or rolling and then heated to start-forging (or roiling) tem-perature. In this way, the carbide will sufficiently dissolve and diffuse. The effect of segra-tion near grain boundary should not be ignored when start-forging (or rolling) temperatureis to be determined. Meanwhile,the tendency of grain coarsing is to be controlled.
