摘要
对大型混流式水轮机检修专用磨削设备进行了研制。该磨削设备采用随形磨削装置,简化了三维流道表面的形成方法和设有的控制系统,并且由于它采用了机身可移动的方案和多关节臂,减小了设备的轮廓尺寸并减少了检修中的其他辅助设备。投入使用后的结果表明:替代了人工对转轮内部补焊表面的修磨;可磨削整体转轮90%的流道表面。
A set of specialized grinclers for ninintenaiice of the runner of large size mixed-flow water turbine is developed. By using the shape follow-up grinding apparatus, the gener-ation inethod of three-dimensioual passage surface, and the control system of this machineare simplified. In order to decrcase the dimension of the machine and to reducse other auxil-iary equipments in maintemance.a multi-joints arm and the scheme of movable body of themachine are adopted.The application of this grinder shows that manually grinding the innerwelded surface of the runner is substituted for and 90% of the passage surface of the runnercan be ground.
