36V低压碳钢焊条的研制

摘要 试验研究了镁、钾及E4303型焊条主要配方成分对交流电弧稳定性的影响,在此基础上通过正文试验和药皮成分的综合调配,研制成功了在36V(低空载电压下引弧及再引弧容易的焊条,该焊条交流稳弧性好,各项工艺性能良好,熔敷金属化学成分和机械性能满足国标要求的,同时具有熔敷效率高、耗电小和安全系数高的特点。 The influence of Mg.K,and the main ingredients of the covering of electrodeE4303 on the arc stability is esperimentally investigated. Based on eaperimental resalts, anew electode of E4303 type has been developed by trial and amendment experiment as well asby comprehensive blending of the ingredients of the covering. Used at low voltage of 36 V,its arc initiation and re-initiation is easy and the arc is stable.The process properties of thiselectrode are fine and the composition and mechnical properties of the deposited metal meetthe demands of the national standards for the electrode of type E4303.This electrode pos-sesses such features as high deposition efficiency, good AC arc stability, low power con-sumption, and high safe factor.
