摘要
采用自行研制的应力断料微机控制实验装置,进行力、应变曲线的实时测试研究,得到了采用双悬臂三点弯曲应力断料法裂断高速钢过程中欲断面上各部位的应变曲线和裂断加载曲线,揭示了加载速度与裂断的关系、断面导向及开裂后的可控性等裂断机理,并为双悬臂三点弯曲应力断料法的断料控制设计及其参数优化设计提供了理论依据。
An investigation of on-line measurement of the forces and strain characteristicsis conducted on the self made microcomputer controlled experimental facility for stress frac-ture of materials.The strain and rupture loading curves of the fractured high-speed steel inthe fracture section are obtained using stress fracture method with double-cantilever andthree-point bending.The relationship between loading speed and the fracture as well as thefracture mechanism such as the orientation of the the fracture surface and the controllabilityof the fracture are also revealed.All above mentioned provide a theoretical basis for the con-trol design of fracturing the materials using stress fracturing method with double-cantileverand three-point bending as well as for the optimization of the parameters of control design.
