摘要
从理论上分析推导了抽送含沙水流时泵的汽蚀余量随含沙量的变化关系。结果表明,清水泵抽送含沙水流时其临界汽蚀余量增大,使泵提前发生汽蚀,临界汽蚀余量的增值与含沙量成线性关系,其变化趋势与实验资料吻合,从理论上阐述了清水泵抽送含沙水时汽蚀破坏加剧的原因及安装高度的确定原则。
The relation ship of net positive suction head of pump versus silt-content in silt- leder water flow is analyzed and established theoretically. The result shows that the criticalNPSH of clean water pump operated in silt-laden water flow is increased cavitation of pumpis taken place in advance. The variation of NPSH with silt-content bear a linear pattern andthe variation trend falls in with test data. Furthermore,the reason of cavitation aggravationand determination principle of installation height of clean water pump in silt-leden water flow are expounded theoretically.
