从金属切削过程入手，在改变切削参数的情况下，将金属切削模型演化成剪切模型。提出理想规则剪切模型与规则剪切的预荷方式，得出棒料规则剪切的本质。

Based on study of the metal cutting process,the metal cutting model may be e-volved into shearing model by changing cut parameters.The ideal regular shearing modeland the reload method of the regular shearing are put forward, moreover the nature of theregular shearing is found .
