摘要 对TiO_2在氮气中的Mg热反应制备TiN粉末的方法进行了试验研究。结果表明,TiN的转化率受Mg粉加入量、反应物初始密度、MgO稀释剂和含氮化合物加入量的影响,且其影响作用依次递减;加入MgO可以明显改善TiN颗粒形态、粒径和分布,使其从多边形颗粒变为球形颗粒。通过工艺优化获得了球形窄筛分TiN微粉(0.2~1.0μm). An experimental investigation of prepnring fine TiN powders by Mg-thermic of TiO_2 under nitrogen gas is carried out . The conversion rate of TiN is influenced by the addi-tion of Mg reducing agent ,the initial density of reactant mixture , and the addition of MgO dilute and nitrogen compounds .And their influence is decreased progressively in sequence the morphology of TiN particles can be improved from polygon grain to spherical one by theaddition of MgO. In the end, the spherical and narrow distributed TiN powders (0.2~1.0μm)are obtained by the optimization of parameters.
