摘要
采用焊接电压波形分析法,对影响宽带极(75mm)电渣堆焊和高速带极堆焊电弧发生率的因素及其变化规律进行研究,结果表明:对这两种堆焊方法,影响堆焊过程电弧发生率的因素主要是焊接电流、电压和焊接速度,带极干伸长度和磁控电流在堆焊工艺所用的范围内变化时,对电弧发生率的影响较小。带极电渣堆焊和高速带极堆焊,随着焊接电流、电压和焊接速度的增加,电弧发生率随之增大,其中以焊接电压和焊接速度的影响最为显著。高速堆焊时,当焊接电压大于28V或焊接速度高于30cm/min时,电弧发生率较高,堆焊过程不稳定。通过多次试验研究,得到了两种堆焊新工艺的最佳规范参数。在此规范参数下焊接,可获得优质堆焊焊道。
By waveform analysis of the welding voltage , some factors influencing the ratioof arc generation and nature are investigated in the Electro-slag surfacing and high speed sur-facing with 75 mm strip. The experimental results show that show that these factors are mainly weld-ing current, voltage and speed of both surfacing processes. As the strip stick-out length andmagnetic control current are varied in the useful range of the stirfacing processes, the effecton the ratio is small. With increasing welding currout , voltage and speed, the ratio of arcgeneration is increased in the both surfacing processes, Among them, the effects of weldingvoltage and speed on it are very conspicuous . If welding voltage is increased up to 28 V orwelding speed up to 30 cm/min , the ratio will overgrow and the welding process will be in-stable in the high speed surfacing process. Based on experimental investigations the opti-mum welding condition parameters are given for these two new surfacing processes. Onthese conditions ,good weld quality can be obtained.
