摘要
本文从投影光栅象的频率被曲面外形所调制的概念出发,对付立叶变换轮廓术的有关公式进行了推导,并运用这种方法对锥体及船壳模型等实物进行了测量。经过分析,得出了计算灵敏度的公式。该方法比传统莫尔方法更高的精度及灵敏度,并且不受莫尔条纹的种种限制,如条纹级次的确定等,因而该方法更适合于实际测量。
In this paper,Fourier Transform Profilometry has been studied
theoratieally on the basis that the frequence of projected image of grating
can be modulated by the shape of cambered surface to be measured,and sev-
eral experiments have been made such as cone-shaped object and shape of bo-
at-body model.Furthermore,formula to calculate sensitivity has been deriv-
ed.It is shown that this method is more acurate and sensitive than (?)adit-
ional Moire method and is completely free from various Iimits of Moire
fringe it is more suitable for practical cambered surface maasurement.
