摘要
本文从原理与实验两方面,研究了如何把电视摄像机和计算机应用到泰曼-格林干涉仪上,从而组成泰曼-格林-计算机干涉系统。并用这一装置成功地、自动地、实时地测试了二元胶体在迅速硬化时的厚度变化。这种新的测试技术的优点是自动、实时和准确。可以测物体位移或由于温度、压力等因素引起物体的厚度变化。通过适当的附件,可以用于任何干涉测长中。
In this article,we have discussed,how a TV-camera and a co-
mputer is used in a Twyman—Green Interferometer,so we have made a Tw-
yman—Green—computer interferometer system.With this setup,we have su-
ccessfully,automatically measured in real-time the thickness variation of 2-
components adhesive in a fast hardening process.
The advantage of this new measuring technique is automatic,real-time and
accurate.With this setup,man can measure the displacement of an object,
or measure the thickness variation of anobject due to temperature,pressure and
so on.Through a proper accessory,it can also be used to any length measu-
rement with interferometry.
