本文提出了一种自校正ADC 的硬件实现及软件修正算法,这种自校正的ADC 具有很强的修正零漂能力和较高的数据采集密度,同时电路简单并可降低对元器件的要求。

The Self-Correcting ADC presented in this paper can effectivelydispel the influence of low freguency noises and fluctuating noises caused bytemperature drift which of spectrum are overlapped with signal's.The established ADC,used to be the interface of microcomputer,has thesimple cireuit structure and high sampling rate.As the Self-Correcting fun-ction is aided by the soft-ware,so there are no strict demands for the activeelements used in it.
