摘要
在研究敦煌壁画微生物生态学的过程中，分离到一株编号为４１２８的链霉菌．经对该菌株形态、培养特征、生理特性、碳源利用、抗菌性能等方面进行研究后，发现它与灰色链霉菌比较相似，但又有明显区别，认为是一个新亚种，命名为灰色链霉菌敦煌亚种（ＳｔｒｅｐｔｏｍｙｃｅｓｇｒｉｓｅｕｓｓｕｂｓｐＤｕｎｈｕａｎｇｎ．ｓｕｂｓｐ）。
In the process of research of microorganism ecology in Duhuang fresco a strain of strepto-myces culture No. 4128 was isolated.Its morphological cultural characteristics and physiologicalproperties as well as antimicrobial spectrum were studied. It is similar to Streptomyces griseus asdescribed in the literature, but there are some sign─ificnt differences between the two strains.Therefore,it was considered to be a new subspecies and named Streptomyces griseus subsp Dun-huangensis n. subsp.
