薄层色谱扫描法对鸡体组织中土霉素残留的测定

Detection of Oxytetracyline Residues in Chicken Tissues by Thin Layer Chromatoraphy Scanning Method

用０．１％土霉素散剂，饲喂４００日龄伊沙褐鸡，用薄层色谱扫描法对其胸肌、肝脏和肾脏中的土霉素进行残留分析，发现连续饲喂３天时，胸肌中土霉素低于０．１μｇ／ｇ；６天时，被检组织中土霉素均超过０．１μｇ／ｇ。从残留程度来看，肾脏残留量最高，肝脏次之，胸肌最小。

The residual levels of oxytetracycline(OTC)in Musculus pectoralis,liver and kidneyin ISA brown chicken(400 days)were detected by thin layer chromatography scanning method(TLCS)for the first time. It was found that the residual leveI of OTC in Musculus pectoralis was un-der 0.1μg/g when the chicken were raised feed containing 0.1 %OTC on the third raising- day. Otherwise,the residual level of OTC in kidney,liver and Musculus pectoralis exceeded 0.1μg/gon the sixth raising-day.The result showed that the residual level of OTC was highest in kidney andlowest in Musculus pectoralis.
