双峰驼肝脂肪瘤的病理研究

Pathological Studies on Liver Lipoma of Bactrian Camels

用光镜、电镜及特殊染色法对内蒙古阿拉善右旗和甘肃民勤县的４５峰骆驼肝脏进行了研究，确定其中２２例有脂肪瘤生长。脂肪瘤呈灰白色或淡黄色，全肝分布，瘤体大小不一，质地较软，呈结节状，触之有油腻感。组织上，此瘤由异型性较小的脂肪瘤细胞组成，最初的肿瘤性增生物仅有几个脂肪瘤细胞，以后发展为较大的瘤细胞灶或团。冰冻切片苏丹Ⅲ、苏丹Ⅳ染色呈阳性。瘤组织间夹杂少量成纤维细胞和胶原纤维，瘤细胞间可见一些伸展了的网状纤维。

Forty five livers of bactrian camel from inner mongolia region and Gansu province were examined in the field and the laboratory. Twenty two cases of liver lipoma were found.Thecolour of the lipomas was grey white or pale yellow,and thd tumour might occur everywhere in the liver.The tumour was nodule in shape and varied in size its tissue was soft and oily.The tumour nodule each had an irregular edge,yet with a clear-cut demarcation with the surrounding liver tis-sue. The tumour tissue was composed of mature lipocytes which could be stained both by sudan Ⅲand sudan Ⅳ.In the tumour tissue there were also a few fibroblasts as straightened reticular fibers.The smallest tumour was composed only of several lipoma cells.Granular degeneration and fatty de-generation were often seen in the liver cells.
