摘要
从甘肃省啤酒花主产区调查采集的根癌病瘿瘤上和病土壤中分离获得１５个细菌菌株。经接种啤酒花、番茄、甜菜、向日葵等植物进行致病性测定，其中有４个菌株均能诱致典型的根癌症状，且菌株间致病力无明显差异。用此致病菌株进行细菌染色反应、形态观察、培养性状、生理生化反应等测定，基本确定甘肃省啤酒花根癌病的病原细菌为根癌土壤秆菌生物型Ⅰ。
Fiftee bacteria strains were isolated from main cultural areas of hops in Gansuand when the bacteria were inoculated to hops,sugar beets, tomato and sunflower,four ofthem could cause galls.The etiologic bacterium was confirmed as the biotypeⅠof Agrobac-terium tumefaciens by staining reaction, morphological characterization,culturing pattern andphysiological and biochemical reaction.
