Localization of the Parasympathetic Neurons of the Crop in the Chicks

本文用１４只１．０～２．５ｋｇ重的成年鸡研究嗉囊的副交感神经元定位。将ＨＲＰ注入嗉囊，动物存活２～４天后心室固定。取迷走神经远神经节、岩神经节和颈静脉神经节及延髓，制成５０μｍ厚的冰冻切片，用Ｍｅｓｕｌａｍ氏ＴＭＢ法反应呈色，明视野观察，结果如下：１．被标记的嗉囊副交感节前神经元出现于迷走神经背侧运动核和中间核内。嗉囊的标记细胞在迷走神经背侧运动核内的分布有局部定位关系。２。被标记的嗉囊感觉神经元出现于远神经节、岩神经节和颈静脉神经节内。

Fourteen adult chicks, weighting 1.0～2.5 kg, were used to study the localiza-tion of the parasympathetic netirons innervating the crop of the chicks.Horseradish peroxides(HRP)solution was injected into the crop wall and the chicks were perfused intracardiallywith a fixative 2 to 4 days after injection.The distal,petrosal and jugular ganglia of the vagusnerve and the spinal cord were sampled and sectioned at 50 μm on a freezing microtome. Thesections were treated with tetramthylbenzidine(TMB)according to the procedures of Mesu-lam et al.and observed under the bright-light microscopy. The results showed that the la-beled parasympathetic preganglionic netirons of the crop were observed in the dorsal motornucleus and intermediary nucleus of the vagus nerve and there was a topographical distribu-tion of the parasympathetical preganglionic neurons of the crop in the dorsal motor nucleus ofthe vagus nerve.The labeled sensory neurons were found in the distal, petrosal and jugulargonglia.
